During remote learning this week, we introduced momentum through building a newton's cradle out of items around the house! Students rose to the occassion, demonstrating their creativity and resourcefulness all while being at home!

In class today students demonstrated their knowledge of distancr vs displacement by creating a to scale maze of the classroom then blind folding a peer, and dictating the directions through the maze to that student. Physics can be more fun than expected!

To think critically on halloween while having some fun, PreAP Bio students were given the genotypes of two parents consisting of 9 traits, all with variable modes of inheritence. Then they even found the percent chance of their offpsring based on parent genotype

To demonstrate how, even with a good procedure, a routine task may be difficult to explain, students were blindfolded then asked to make a PB&J with their partner giving instructions. It was great to see how creative the students were with what they were given! @CHSCards
