@cultofpedagogy There are so many better ways to maintain "accountability" than by "checking" lesson plans. One is to become visible in classrooms and initiate informal conversations with teachers about what was seen.

@cultofpedagogy I am doubtful that asking all Ts in a building to submit lesson plans and have them checked by admin can ever be 'reasonable.' I think the middle ground is to be in classrooms enough to know which Ts have issues with planning, and address those people individually.
