@JohnLewisRetail @johnlewishelp Placed an order over 3 weeks ago, before collecting there was a problem and I was told it would be refunded. You left me a voicemail saying you will refund in the next 7 days, NOTHING. Now you’re telling me to do a chargeback, WHY?Not good enough!

After contacting @TheRangeUK several times and following their process it led to me been on hold for hours on the phone with no response and online chat for hours and the best they offer is a £50 gift card. Totally appalled by their level of customer service

@TheRangeUK So after waiting 6 weeks beyond our expected delivery date (which took in to account the delay due to the current pandemic) we finally received our fire pit. We spent £310 and received it in this state (just a few of the pictures).
