Update: I got a seat. Got a middle last available seat at the gate. Asked why..they said I didn't pay the extra 20£ for my 667£ flight so I don't get to choose...@VirginAtlantic ryanAir and airIndia at this point outperform you in decency.#virginAtlantic

Hi @British_Airways My luggage still hasn't arrived on the day I was told it would. Almost at the end of my holiday, didn't have the outfits I wanted to wear, out of clothes again today since you failed to deliver...you suck. #britishairways #whereismyluggage #christmasGrinch

Hi @joeandthejuice! I popped into the baker street store today because of such a exciting range of juice options..was really disappointed with the use of plastic straws and cups :/ that's not great for the world at all!
