After a weekend of no headaches (that actually happens pretty often) I got hit with pain on my way to work. Nasal spray helped me out of it.
@sevagtateosian Haven’t tried oxygen actually. The nasal soray and injections mostly work well.
Three days since my last episode. I’ve had them at least twice a day for the past three months. I think it’s almost over now.
Ran an errand. Of course it hit me while I was away and didn’t bring my meds. Came back and the nasal spray did the trick fast.

Woke up at six in the morning with an episode. No medicine at home right now, it tales a few days before I’ll get it. It was a fairly light one though, passed in thirty mins.
@puradawid Mine are pretty light! I’m lucky.
@deaconfann @_gammaCore_ Tried it a few years ago but it didn’t do anything for me. How long have you been using it? In what way does it help?
Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Starting to look like a pattern. Something is coming and it’s not winter.
Twice in the past few weeks. I think it may be coming back.

It’s been over two years since my last cluster. That has never happened before.

The most recent period lasted for about four months, with a few short breaks. No headaches for the past month though!
Saturday dinner, Monday morning.
I'm definitely entering a new period. Wonder how long this one lasts.
Woke up at 6 am with an attack today. It happened twice last week, then took a break for a few days, and then again today.
