This shows the level of corruption and immediate inquiry following with FIR against those who have mis-used the highcourt name.

Now the question is 1. Where is HC order? 2. Has Anyone provided DSO a certified copy of HC order? 3. If not, what is the basis of election postponement by DSO? 4. If DSO operates on such affidavits then will he dare to do same for assembly or LS election too?

Also look another contradiction in AoA Secretary Vijay Mohan Rastogi’s communication on Residents whataspp group. DSO order says ‘Election Postponed or स्थगित’, while Vijay Mohan Rastogi interprets DSO order as ‘Election cancelled’ by order of HC.

It is further said HC has ordered SDM to ‘investigate’ the facts in 8 weeks and do the needful as per UP AoA Act 2010-2011. When no one is sure of HC’s detailed judgement and order how come DSO goes by 2 persons affidavit which includes one who has violated UPAoA provisions.

Two individuals have given affidavit and based on that DSO has postponed the elections which was scheduled to be held on August 2, 2025 (today) without even verifying from High Court. This is absolutely not appropriate conduct of UP Govt Official under established rules.

@MedhaRoopam - Request to kindly look at the subordinate officers and staff in @dmgbnagar who are extremely poor in understanding and implementing the High Court order vs hearsay and affidavits. Example: DSO severely needs a refresher course on issuing GOs.
