Being POZ is not as easy as you think even if theirs an ARV for it (and it will never be) . Mental trauma is not a joke. I don't even advocate "normally being POZ" but I think what we need to normalize is to erase the stigma of being POZ and advocate safe sex. And I thank you!

@SHIP_PH and SAIL clinics are open today, #WorldAidsDay. Avail of @SailClinics 3daySAIL, free ang HepB and Crea for new PrEP enrollees. HIV and PREP medications provided by the government are always free. (Next time pati PEP free na din, konting hintay na lang)

My sister just found out that I'm a PLHIV... She cried, asking me why am I taking it all alone, how am I carrying the burden??? I answered that it not a big deal for me..... She promised that she won't tell our parents. I just pat her head and thank her, saying I'm okay
