How do we create a fair and transparent system to reward open-source developers? This is the Codelinks Attribution Framework – a seamless flow from contribution to compensation. Here's how it works: 1️⃣ Attribution Engine - Integrates directly with GitHub to track contributions in real-time. - Tags and analyzes each contribution, creating a detailed profile of developer impact. 2️⃣ Value Oracle - Calculates the true value of contributions using ecosystem usage metrics. - Assesses real-time impact by analyzing dependency graphs, usage data, and overall influence on the ecosystem. 3️⃣ Reward Distributor - Automates payouts using smart contracts. - Distributes rewards in tokens, ensuring contributors are compensated fairly and transparently for their work. This framework ensures that every line of code written for open-source creates measurable, provable value for developers. The future of OSS attribution is here.
