Day 100!!!!! Today I finished my website! I figured out how to fix the drop down menu and everything works exactly the way I want it to! Now I just have to fix up the stylings a bit. Thank you to everyone who supported me on this journey! #100DaysOfCode #WomenWhoCode

Day 99: I coded my website! It was really cool becaus I Linked my page to other pages! And I helped make a drop down menu. It just seemed like I was using the wrong Js file! How stupid! Tomorrow I will for sure finished my project. Thanks all! #100DaysOfCode #WomenWhoCode

Days 97 & 98: These past few days I coded the Jumbotron for my website, and tried to figure out how to code the drop down menu. I’m still not super familiar woth bootstrap, so if anybody could help me out with the drop down menu that would be great! #100DaysOfCode #WomenWhoCode

Days 95 & 96: today I continued with playing around with the nav bar. It took me a few hours and then I switched to a different version before figuring it out. I also coded some of the Jumbotron. One step closer to mastering html! #100DaysOfCode #WomenWhoCode

Days 93 & 94: Yesterday and today I spent the time coding the nav bar. I should be moving quicker, but I couldn’t get the formatting right. I’m still having trouble coding the button in the mobile device breakpoint, but there’s always tomorrow! #WomenWhoCode #100DaysOfCode

Days 91 & 92: I spent these past few days learning how to code and style a footer, as well as linking web pages within the nav bar. I also learned important style choices for when floating objects get pushed over. Tomorrow, I’ll code my own page! #100DaysOfCode #WomenWhoCode

Days 89 & 90: Over the past few days I learned the ins and outs of Jumbotron coding and also the footer of a website. I learned how to embed a map in the website, and I’m slowly being able to visualize layouts without seeing the results of a code!#100DaysOfCode #WomenWhoCode

Days 87 & 88: Yesterday and today I spent the hours learning bootstrap to put together a full website. I went over the nav bar, and making a drop down menu in the header. By the end of this week’s lesson I should be able to construct my own! #100DaysOfCode #WomenWhoCode #HTML5

Days 85 & 86: Yesterday I spent the hour still stuck on my website coding problem. I fixed it today! All it took was playing around with the div tags and I was able to get the margin just where I want it! It’s simple but I’ll be posting it on github! #100DaysOfCode #WomenWhoCode

Day 84: Today I worked on my html project a little more. I successfully figured out the 12-grid format but I’m having trouble with the spacing in between. Right now they’re connected columns, and I’m looking for 3 separate chunks... any ideas? #100DaysOfCode #WomenWhoCode

Days 82 & 83: Yesterday, I went over example problems and notes to review the basics of html and css. Although I’ve never actually coded anything for either of those, today I used what I learned make an online menu. Really basic but helpful! #100DaysOfCode #WomenWhoCode

Days 80 & 81: Yesterday I was too tired to tweet, but I worked on the outline to encrypting and decrypting a file. It’s sort of confusing. Today I learned about using the Twitter bootstrap! I think I need to go back and review my notes though... 😅#100DaysOfCode #WomenWhoCode

Days 78 & 79: I am continuing to work on html and css and it’s been going well. I learned how to format text within different screen sizes, and how to make text columns on a website. Not the most exciting but really important nonetheless! #WomenWhoCode #100DaysOfCode

Day 77: Today I continued with my CSS learning. I learned how to format and style texts using the box method. I didn’t realize there were so many rules that went in to simply formatting some text! Cool stuff! #100DaysOfCode #WomenWhoCode

Days 75 & 76: for the past two days I have been studying CSS. It seems very straightforward, definitely not as complicated as python. I’m particularly excited about being able to stylize website structure! #100DaysOfCode #WomenWhoCode

Day 74: Today I switched tracks a bit and resumed my website developing class. I finished the first week, which covered the basics of html. I now know how to roughly structure html code! Next, on to CSS! #100DaysOfCode #WomenWhoCode #HTML5 #CSS

Day 72 & 73: Yesterday and today I worked on the same program as the last before. However, I’ve been playing around with the many ways to do it and have coded opening/closing or copying a file using the interactive shell commands. Pretty cool! #100DaysOfCode #WomenWhoCode

Day 71: Yesterday’s code was buggy and didn’t work to the way I wanted it to. I was able to make the program ask if I wanted to open or save a file, and copy the saved file to a new one, which is the start of saving it to a private database! Woohoo!#100DaysOfCode #WomenWhoCode

Day 70: I was having a hard time figuring out where to start, so I read up on how to use libraries a little before I got something down. It’s slow going, but today I coded a way to open a file and save to a new file using python and the command line! #100DaysOfCode #WomenWhoCode

Day 69: Today I’ve decided to create a program that stores files into a ‘secret database’ on my computer using argparse. I had no way to go about this, so I spent an hour and a half familiarizing myself and playing around with how it works! #Python #100DaysOfCode #WomenWhoCode
