I’m not quite sold on the eConsult booking web app for GPs. If I input symptoms that recommend “I speak to someone today“ then surely the next step in the journey should be to get an urgent appointment online. @NHSDigital @HurleyGroup

.@StarbucksUK I expect to pay the price advertised on your board and not have an extra charge for a disposable cup added on at check out. If you want to do that, why don’t you just advertise a discount for reusable cups so we know what we’re paying for upfront.
