We've had 100mm of rain in October and its still raining but @thameswater say I still can't use a hosepipe to water my garden. The lack of water is down to their misuse of our payments and under-investment.

OK, there is £36 million allocated to cycling infrastructure in the Budget Report (for a bridge in Plymouth), but compared to £27.4bn for roads this is about £500 per head of population.

I suppose I should be impressed that my new bike from @CycleRepublicUK was attempted to be delivered only 2 days after I ordered, but I wasn't in and it took 11 days for them send me a dispatch note dated 9 days after delivery.
