The model is designed around a long-term capital flywheel. Each raise is structured individually. For example, if a project raises $20K through Compound: 60% → Capital for the team to build & grow 25% → Reserved for project token buyback rounds 10% → Project reserve 5% → Operations / ecosystem support The buyback allocation is not deployed at once. It is divided into rounds and progressively executed alongside the project’s development. As projects grow and generate fees, part of those fees flows back into the Compound Treasury and can be allocated again. The goal is to create a sustainable cycle between capital, builders, markets, and the Treasury.
