I’ve been saying 50 year mortgages are the only viable next step and you ROFL-ed. Next are generational mortgages. Only allowed if you have offspring. An incentive to have kids and own oceanfront property for $1,800 a month. Home ownership is just a call option at this point.

@zGuz #Bitcoin is not an asset, its a liability. #BTC holders are paying 114.92 TWh each year to keep the network secure. It has zero utility, you can't use it to do anything. Physical gold is more useful. When enough miners stop being profitable, its going to get ugly.
