Everyone needs a password keeping system, whether it's a notebook or a program such as LastPass, 1Password, or RoboForm. Keep your list up-to-date. Shred old paper password lists. Keep one list, not several. Write neatly, and don't use scraps of paper.

There are so many scams and hacks ... you need to turn on 2-Factor Authentication (2FA). Make sure this is turned on for your email account, as well as Google, Microsoft, Apple, social, Amazon, PayPal, financial and other accounts. This will make your accounts almost unhackable.

So your HP printer won't connect to your Verizon FiOS router any more? Tried everything? Ask Verizon to turn OFF their "Self-Organizing Network". It's not compatible with your printer. You're welcome. #Verizon

I am visiting clients during the pandemic, with mask, clean cotton gloves for each client, and sanitizer. The only other places I go are to the supermarket, to the computer store, and exercising outside - always with a mask. I'm not eating at restaurants, not even outside.

If you use AOL or Verizon email, go to mail.aol.com to check your Spam folder and Spam settings - especially if you are using POP mail.

If you use Windows 10's File History for backup, please check that it's still working.. sometimes it appears to stop - just click "Run Now".
