For us it has not been worth it to spend too much time on evals. The shapes and data we’re using in our prompts are changing so frequently the evals get stale way too fast. Maybe when our product settles down.

logit_bias seems like such an important setting but for some reason only @OpenAI supports it. Hoping it comes to other providers soon. It seems to be one of the only ways to steer a model after the fact.
