30 minutes after leaving Manchester Piccadilly (after three train cancellations and a further 30 min delay - total wait time 3 hours) the train is now reversing back to Piccadilly. You couldn’t make this shit up.

Answering questions about “how would you do this” when the correct answer is “it depends on many variables in your platform, processes, team and tools” is hard. I find it difficult to give answers knowing that answering generically is why so many organisations get it wrong...
