@AppleSupport @tim_cook @Apple Cannot believe you have sent 3 packages (all the size of shoe boxes) just to replace a pair of AirPods. Why send each AirPod and the case separately. What a waste of packaging and plastic. Very disappointing given your environmental credentials

@MartinSLewis Facebook still showing scam ads with you on but with no option to report. Instead it just asks me to hide it because ‘I don’t like ads’. Shouldn’t they have fixed this?

I’m disgusted @CruiseNorwegian have significantly reduced children’s facilities on board the Star and simply send out a note to customers saying it is an enhancement....to who exactly? Certainly not families. Booked through @VirginHolidays so hope they help

Turns out @British_Airways social media team don’t help customers. Instead they take all the details over numerous emails then tell you at the end to write a physical letter to another team. Disappointing the social team is just there for them to look good and waste people’s time
