still figuring out the right temperature to reheat frozen cookies at.. went down to 2 minutes from my previous 10 but apparently that’s still too hot and this was smoking when i took it out of the microwave :(
frozen cookies i tried to reheat in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 10 minutes (apparently too hot)
rice and beans but i started reading something halfway through and forgot i was cooking

@cooking95272 The smaller pot would help because a thinner layer heats faster and more completely, so there's less room for error if it's thicker and can absorb more heat in a column
@cooking95272 With the volume of curry here you probably want a smaller pot. The burning on the bottom suggests you had the heat too high or didn't stir it regularly enough to keep it moving (and thus less likely to burn from continuous contact)

One time I was seeing this girl and she had told me all she wanted for her birthday was chocolate strawberries so the night before I spent 6 hours crying over many failed attempts and after finally getting 23 for her she left me on read. Never even told her I made them

@cooking95272 Put the whole cardboard box in the toaster oven thinking it was the microwave and set the thing on fire so i had to run to walmart and buy a replacement oven since it was my roomates. Also the promo code didnt work so i never got the emote.

@cooking95272 Needed a double boiler for this, chocolate is already kinda tricky to work with
@cooking95272 ur chocolate is seizing! put a bowl on top of a simmering pot of water and stir it while it melts, make sure everything is dry bc moisture will make it seize as well. the first step to cooking is learning temperature control. good luck!
