@GetOffMyNICK_11 @Jxrsie @CrowN_No_HalO @GangHits I think sometimes we try to make situations binary. Personally, I wouldn't do something like that, but I will ask - what did she do to motivate him to do that? I'm pretty sure he wasn't thanking her for her loyalty. Just saying, being a female doesn't make you exempt to karma.

@BlakeNinja @ItMustBeJim @GetInTheGame18 @Jim_Jordan Agreed. The part of the brain that computes logic starts to develop when the town one lives in has more than one stop light.

@LeftintheMed @AkilahObviously I agree with you. He didn't get shot because he's a criminal or broke the law. He got shot because he moved in a manner that seemed like he was reaching for a weapon.

@LeftintheMed @AkilahObviously And he saw enough to shoot, so he did. All of which could have been avoided if the citizen had not continued with his furtive movements.

@LeftintheMed @AkilahObviously You shouldn't be putting another man (not just a cop) in a situation where he might be fearing for his life. We are at a point in society that we can watch these videos and know the things that will get you shot. Why do them?

@Preferablypurpl @SoupcanSteffans @mycritters4 @thomas_semes @AkilahObviously Look up the rules on 4th amendment detentions by police officers. I wish that I was wrong for the sake of this mans safety. But I'm not, and it will cost you your life to keep thinking otherwise.

@Preferablypurpl @SoupcanSteffans @mycritters4 @thomas_semes @AkilahObviously He had a gun drawn to him as he walked away and was being pulled by the shirt. Those count as attempts by the p.o. to control and notify the citizen that he was being detained, yet he continued until HIS actions create a circumstance resulting in the P.O. making a judgement call.

@Preferablypurpl @SoupcanSteffans @mycritters4 @thomas_semes @AkilahObviously I'll agree on that if you'll agree that it's not the officers sole responsibility.

@amirsaeedmuslim @nobbywonthecup @AkilahObviously @SoupcanSteffans Again, nicely outlined and valid. Spoken like a man not jumping to arbitrary and emotional conclusions. My showcasing the police guidance on the use of deadly force is to highlight where in lies the technicalities by which our people play themselves into an already stacked hand.

@amirsaeedmuslim @nobbywonthecup @AkilahObviously @SoupcanSteffans No sir, i'm not deflecting. But merely appending to it. I agree wholeheartedly with your statement. It's nicely said and valid.

@amirsaeedmuslim @nobbywonthecup @AkilahObviously @SoupcanSteffans Good phrasing "questionable judgement". Here is my question, why bring a man to a point where that's one of his options? Not just a police officer, but ANY man.
