@lilithannag then i obviously overestimate anything i don’t know by adding the known ingredients then just tacking on 100 (for full meals)

@lilithannag i purposefully round everything up to the nearest 5 (21–>25, 178–>180, etc.) on purpose to account for any calories i may have missed throughout the day. it typically ends up adding like 10 or 15 calories by the end of the day, depending on how many different items i ate.

@Lorelbunny @sebs_calz @winniesbmi carpet absorbs the energy that should be pressing down the springs in the scale, lowering the reading (making you weigh “less”)

@fairyslitzz it’s exceptionally small. anything less than like 25 would probably be considered small depending on your proportions

@Fritzorexic @Sarah277105 if you’re flexible and arab (in asia) then it makes perfect sense lol. my point with this is that it’s way more common for people without asian ancestry to be physically unable to do it

@earthfae333 @melissareclaim1 @Sarah277105 bc homologous anatomy. tbf tho, it’s also a slightly different position. people in western europe and people in asia just evolved slightly different bone structures depending on agriculture and culture.
