I've been up for 14 hours, walking around Disneyland the entire time (at 15k steps a few hours ago until I started pushing my mom in a wheelchair) and all I've eaten is a scoop of mint ice cream and a soft serve vanilla this is kinda insane (affectionate)

I'm at disneyland rn and I'm like 20-30 lbs lighter than I was the last time I was here and the confidence i feel taking pictures now is actually insane like just the knowledge that I don't really have to worry about a double chin is so freeing

Edtwt (that’s over 18 and at a “healthy” bmi) There’s a blood shortage in the USA. Consider donating blood. You have to eat before so you don’t pass out, but it technically burns 650 calories to regenerate all of the blood… a good deed AND burns cals. Something to consider.
