Has @VodafoneUK gone bust without telling anyone? No mobile, no broadband, no updates at all - Vodafone in full stealth mode!

@sainsburys we had confirmation of our grocery delivery this morning but it hasn’t arrived. We tried to call the helpline and it just hung up on us. We need to know what’s happening.

@IKEAUK just received our “fragile” package, we especially loved how the cups and plates “jingled all the way”. Needless to say we need some replacements.

@IKEAUK we were assured that you’d be in touch within 48hrs after our new oven sparked and shorted our fuse board. That was last Tuesday. Add to that our tap coating has flaked off after 1 month. Been waiting on phone for 20+mins. Your customer service is shocking- pun intended⚡️

@DHLParcelUK officially moved to the bottom of my list for importing equipment from Europe. Parcel has arrived at pick up point yesterday, no code created so cannot collect - customer service says it’ll be 1-2 working days to get a release code from head office. 🤬

@Ryanair has a new cleaning policy - just don’t bother. Seats covered in crumbs - buns stomped into the floor.

@MGmotor I placed an order for ZS EV LR Trophy back in March with my local MG dealer with a promised delivery of June/July.They’ve now told me they have no idea when the car will arrive & no ability to track my order, is that true? Surely there must be a way to track an order?!

@LloydsPharmacy please stop using Evri for your deliveries. Two days after receiving my parcel I received this. They are either selling our data or have been hacked.

Thanks to Helen @TUIUK for sorting it out. Would love someone from tui to explain why it took from yesterday at 10pm until now 11:30am 13 1/2 hrs to sort an online check in, thankfully we booked an afternoon flight or we’d have been screwed - still can’t sit together though 😂

@TUIUK is a shambles, the refund we’ve been issued after a terrible experience can’t be sent to our Dutch account because it requires a uk sort code & now locked out of our flight home because the whole team that can log us in are in a “meeting”. Holiday = nonstop admin with tui

@thomann @dhlexpressuk Good because it’s now a week since I placed my order and dhl still say there is no such parcel under this tracking number, however the money is no longer in my account.

Choosing a 2-day post-trip LFT provider? I thought Boots/Recova-19 sounded Ok, but should have checked the reviews uk.trustpilot.com/review/recova-… (Hint: when the website says ‘bar code on sample tube’, it should say ‘QR code on test cassette’)
