Resume Tip: When pursuing an extremely technical position (Dev, Engineering etc.) Emphasizing your Soft skills such as Communication and Leadership can help distinguish you. Naturally people have the impression that devs look to prioritize developing other skills. Use that info.

I complain because it's cathartic, but I don't let any of the BS I encounter stop me. I don't get emotional, I don't rage-quit, I just keep focusing on my goals and doing whatever I can to achieve them ✌️

Thank you to everyone who has been reaching out with support. I am looking to break into tech and find a job that does not accept sexist or discriminatory attitudes. If you know of places that are openly hiring juniors and are a welcome space for everyone, please let me know
