@unitedutilities holly avenue Walkden. You dug up the road and 3 weeks later the road is still shut with no further work done. People are starting to move the barriers to get past I suggest you fix it before there’s an accident.

@Groupon I bought a spa day for my wife for Mother’s Day. I rang the spa to redeem it and they told me they terminated their contract with you months ago yet you keep selling vouchers for there. Is that not fraud? Upto 10 business days for a refund. Surely that must be illegal?

@lufthansa Hi. Me and my wife booked flights to Germany last year. Sadly since then a very close friend of my wife has died from cancer and the funeral is the morning we fly. There is a flight later on in the day. Can anything be done to change them until the later flight please?

@Apple hi could you please confirm that there’s a place reserved in hell for every single person responsible for the iPhone 13 mini. Worst phone I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve had a Nokia n95.

@BeeNetwork could you put a bus tracker on the bee app please so you can actually see where they are on the map. I’m sick of missing buses because they turn up 4 or 5 mins early or on the other hand 5 or 10 mins late as the the eta feature on the app is hopeless.

@KFC_UKI hi could tell me why you consider it ok to virtually half the size of a mini fillet and charge the same price for it? Also why do your staff have an total inability to add dips to delivery orders. And finally breaking a mini fillet in half and calling it two. Outrageous

@RoyalMail hi I’ve been trying to get an answer from your customer service but they can’t give me an answer. What happens if someone puts a parcel they’ve wrongly received by a separate courier because the postcode was slightly wrong back into a postbox?
