my meds make it so that i can maintain what’s pretty much intermittent fasting with no effort and i don’t have to actively do harmful shit to stay underweight. and by the time i get home i’m too tired to cook fr so i eat something small or nothing and just sleep
im holding steady and just barely underweight, maintaining at 109lbs and 5’6.5” tall. so like bmi 17.3 which i’m pretty satisfied with right now. my thigh gap is showing and my bf constantly picks me up and carries me around im truly doing so well
my meds put me back in my effortless weight loss era so much that my ana voice or ed brain doesn’t even bother me anymore. i don’t think about food cause i have no appetite majority of the day, i just eat when i know i need to. ngl it’s been so good recently
