$META (Dec 5, 2025-daily) My chart has given us two dip-buying opportunities to accumulate $META: 1. November 20 – The appearance of the last volatility hole, with $META trading between $583 and $606. 2. November 24 (4 days later) – The last red candle, with $META trading between $597 and $616. A red ribbon is poised to unfold now. Does it suggest another opportunity? Key resistance levels (momentum bars): $664 $710 $750

$META Today’s news on Reality Labs cutbacks is highly reminiscent of what we saw in 2022, the so-called “Year of Efficiency.” While Reality Labs will remain part of the company’s long-term vision, AI has clearly become the top priority. Attracting the best talent in the field requires more than offering abundant compute resources—it also demands giving employees confidence that their long-term investment in the company will pay off. No one wants to work for a company whose share price is stagnant or declining. This means $META must remain both capital-disciplined and focused on creating shareholder value to continue attracting top-tier talent. Management has executed exceptionally well, even if the market has been hesitant to fully acknowledge it. Some investors continue to question Reality Labs spending and the elevated CAPEX guidance. Reducing Reality Lab spend is a good start. I believe the company’s partnership with Google for TPU procurement, its data-center joint venture with Blue Owl that reduces internal spend, and the integration of its in-house AI chips (MTIA) are likely to support slower CAPEX growth in the future while maintaining a resource rich enviornment. This could set the stage for a meaningful re-rating of $META based on improved long-term profitability and enhanced shareholder-return initiatives.
