i'm dumbfounded by the "wallets are browsers," "wallets are app stores," "wallets are superapps" theses wallets are 1000x better login tools—to access services permissionlessly based on holdings, behaviors, and user preferences they're the transport, not the destination

If you don’t custody consumer funds, you are *not* a money transmitter. The Blockchain Regulatory Certainty Act provides this necessary certainty for miners, validators, wallet software providers, and the entire blockchain ecosystem.

This is the "the merge is not priced in" model. A good bet for now. Expect rapid iterations over the next several months, all of which will seem plausible. If everything goes right the actual unlock will be mostly a nothing burger.

@SenWarren @SECGov FTX.com was an offshore exchange not regulated by the SEC. The problem is that the SEC failed to create regulatory clarity here in the US, so many American investors (and 95% of trading activity) went offshore. Punishing US companies for this makes no sense.
