On the other hand, if one takes 100% pLAVA, they would receive 2000 total tokens. A 100% pLAVA purchase would earn 4 Novaruptas, while 50% $LAVA and 50% pLAVA would only result in 3.
It is being done because the less $LAVA is available on whitelist sale, the more stable the launch would be.
9. OTC System Following the launch, an OTC ticket system on a dedicated Discord server will be set up. A specialized bot for this system will enable investors to initiate trades and sell directly to the buyers.
The OTC System benefits whales by avoiding price impact. As well as benefiting buyers who receive a small percent discount.
Angel Investment Program An Angel Investment Program will be built natively within the protocol. Lava will secure seed level investments that will be directly passed to node holders, creating an additional use case for the $nLAVA token. This may occur during Phase 2.
$LAVA Distribution Lava Financial will not be allocating any tokens for the team. The team will draw the salary only from the treasury. Therefore, they cannot control the distribution.
86% of the tokens will be kept in the Rewards Pool, and 8% will be kept for the Initial LP. Only the remaining 6% will be sold.
Users can also fuse their nodes to make a new stronger node. For instance, 2 Fuji nodes can be combined to form 1 Krakatoa node. In this way, nobody remains stuck to a single node.
These offerings make the protocol accessible for all wallet sizes as the small wallets can also work their way up to get higher returns, making the project more decentralized.
6. Treasury distribution 90% of the treasury will be devoted to investments Of the rest, 5% will be kept for business expenses and the other 5% will be used to compensate the team.
7. Revenue Streams Talking about the investments, the protocol has several revenue streams including Yield Farming, Staked holdings of Blue Chip Tokens, Angel Investments, In House Sister Projects, Taxes + Protocol Fees, NFT Royalties, Validator Nodes, and much more.
Well, there are 3 sister projects which will create a real world use case for the $LAVA token. These projects are called Project Moneta, Project Athena, and Project Flora. To know their further details, stay tuned !
Another revenue stream is Taxes. $LAVA transfers are taxed at 50% to prevent whales from manipulating. There is also a sales tax of 15%. All of it goes to the treasury as USDC.e.
On the other hand, users with a full node will be able to deposit rewards into a Flexible Node and earn compounding rewards on their existing rewards.
Flexible Nodes let users who aren’t able to purchase a full node become part of the community. They will have to deposit just 1 $LAVA and can earn a 0.5% daily reward. Gradually they can use the reward to mint a full node.
