Can you justify an LLP paying an additional fees of Rs.1,89,250/- instead of Rs.50/- .. just for delay in filing.? Do you think it is ease of doing business? It is 3785 times. !!!!! It can happen only in India..

#Extend_CFSS While filing my rest form under CFSS total challan amount was Rs. 41,600..but failed to file even when forms were ready due to director induction not done till date..now I have to pay Rs. 1,00,82,800/- as additional fee..is it #easeofdoingbusiness... a big question??
