For the Class Adviser's recommendation letter: print a copy of the DLSU recom form from the DLSU website and ask your teacher to fill it out. Don't forget to provide him/her with a long white letter envelope.

To Grade 12 students who are going to submit their documents to DLSU on April: download & recommendation forms (preferably back to back). Give 1 copy to 1 teacher and 1 to the Guidance Office (Feb 8 - 16). Date of distribution of my recom letter will be announced in March.

There are instances when students are reconsidered for the program they haven't indicated at all in their request.

They will send all of the recon letters to the respective departments of the preferred programs. It will take several months before their admission committee can decide and email the students.

In writing the recon letter (email): Write your name, online application number & your school. State your reason/s why you want to be reconsidered by DLSU. Indicate another program/course you prefer (not the previous choices on your application form).
