Dog attacks on a sharp rise. Almost 1 B dogs in the world. Most are man's best friend. Dogs that attack, even once, which is probability of further attacks, SHOULD BE PUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY. Pit Bulls account for 65% of attacks. Or we wait for more kids faces to be torn to pieces.
