The solution to the problem at hand is “enforcing existing bylaws.” Councillors would do very well busying themselves with why such bylaws are so shoddily enforced, rather than trying to make new ones.
@cselley Unlike all the other stuff the city bans, I sort of agree with this one. I'd hate to live next to someone renting out their pool to 905 bros showing up with bluetooth speakers. Also hard to believe anyone would want a bunch of gross strangers in their pools.
