@SheffieldArena @HelpSheffield @Smithyz98765 This also happened when I purchased tickets for Bruno mars last year the tickets was £38.50 and I was charged a massive £60 each booking fee with no break down and NO bar package!

@SheffieldArena @HelpSheffield @Smithyz98765 If the tickets are £100 for bar why would they charge me £55 with no breakdown of the extra £45 cost on each ticket I had no idea it was even a VIP thing I just thought it would be 2 free drinks non of this is stated when purchasing tickets so it's wrongly advertised!

It can't be right £10 less than the ticket just for booking?!

@Smithyz98765 I booked tickets at £55 yesterday including a drink package at Sheffield through the flydsa arena in the end I had to pay £300 for 3 tickets because I was charged £45 booking fee on each ticket I rang the arena and they didn't want to know is there anything I can do?
