So many ‘challenging behaviours’ in autism just aren’t challenging…like at all. There is nothing wrong with an autistic person rocking, flapping their hands, not making eye contact, not engaging in the way you want them to. The challenge is society. Pretty much every time.

Driving 150 miles to see daughter, told by ATU if she refuses a Fortisip she won’t be allowed to see us/breeching human right to a family life because she won’t drink a fortisip ? we got to see her after she eat an orange.. since when was bribery and punishment an intervention?

Someone just contacted me to object to the title of this report and that it should say ‘women and children’ or ‘women and families’ to be more ‘inclusive’. Why is there such an issue with us collecting data on women and girls? It doesn’t NEED to be inclusive. That’s the point.
