What I’ve learned over the past couple of years is to never doubt SAM. They are very good at what they do. Very good.
IMO, if you can’t calculate Agrify’s diluted share count after the convertibles, you shouldn’t be buying the stock. You also need to understand their revenue. I think it’s much, much easier to overpay for Agrify than GTI. The valuation already seems ridiculous on a diluted basis.
As multiple people already commented, this is likely nothing to worry about. They would be taking over <2 acres of their 28 acre property. The land is along one of the existing roads and will likely have little to no impact. $GTBIF
