I've been waiting 2 months for my BRAND new phone to be fixed and my bill overcharge to be adjusted and refunded @eir I've been a business customer for years and this is atrocious customer service and now your phone line won't even work, for days now!

why does @eir have to have the worst customer service in the world. Services are grand until something goes wrong then you lose hours of your life trying to get through. It's been like this for YEARS! I'm both a business and residential customer. It's a joke!

Why are the HSE saying test results should be within a few days when it's been well over a week now?! Why the lies? The only reason the stats are as low as they are is bcoz so many people are still waiting on test results. I know they're doing their best but its not taking days!

Haven't seen my kids in 15 days, we've been waiting 8 days for their dad's test results and they can't come home until they come back, hopefully clear. This is so hard right now with no end in sight. I just want my babies back! 😭 @rtenews @VirginMediaNews
