Wells Fargo should be punished for the way they treat their customers. They lied about closing a loan for us for a second time. Bad people.

Home Depot in Van Nuys has no Air Conditioning. A company this size is being reckless in regard to health of customers and employees.

Be careful of Wells Fargo. Private information was sent to a wrong address and contacted me on the wrong phone number. Say no to mergers!

Wells Fargo is the worst. They have me with a personal banker and I keep getting lied to. We need to STOP these mega mergers.

Arena is in the wrong place. Glendale ok for football. Not for Hockey.

Hockey will not work in Glendale. They should tell greedy Glendale to take a hike. Go to America West until a new arena can be built east.

Bad week. Getting mother's house painted for her 85th birthday. Painter never showed nor called. Left her there waiting. Unbelievable.

Tremendous follow up on Southwest Airlines on my customer service issues...they took the time, called twice to reach me and resolved it

Followed with TJ Maxx. Had 1 register open, waited 10 minutes to find out product was bad and then I got a new one and made me wait again.

Went to Marshall's after that. They had items, clean store, and solid customer service. And the prices were terrific.

Be careful of chain "Last Chance." Not really a TJ Maxx, Ross, or Marshalls. Inflate original prices to make you think it's a deal. Beware!

Busy night on the customer service front. Three experiences and all of them different.

Thanks to the folks at Fry's (Kroger) in Mesa, AZ for substituting Dasani for me for Nestle water they sold out of at $2.49 for 24 bottles

Beware of Burbank Airport. Jet Blue and American cut flights. To make up revenue, city increased parking by 25%.

Finding a lot of big chains asking for charitable donations at checkout. I always give. does anyone know if these companies get commissions?
