@AjRockatansky It was a nice change for me this summer when hot out. I could run to the store and have quality food right away vs firing up the grill and cooking for 20 minutes. I found when kept in original packed unopened it can keep for a long time in the fridge too and still taste good.

@HarvardChanSPH Greater consumption of carbs you mean right? How can red meat/protein cause t2d what are the mechanisms of action that could even cause this? Especially in people who eat 2-3k cals of meat and are fit.

Is there a term for eating a rib eye and a ny strip at the same time @SBakerMD? What about 2 rib eyes or 2 ny strips? Been thinking about this lately.

@jakeshieldsajj Structured notes are a good option if you are predicting a flat to slightly down market. Roughly 7-10% pa return with 40% protection is what ive been doing. Can share more info if interested.

@SBakerMD Can you try it on the straight bar I dont have access to the rings and curious if you would get a similar time. Im at 1:20 and it was pretty uncomfortable. Still doing decent on the lion diet starting to get back to previous strength. Weight up 5lb but strength up keep it going.
