Maybe 20-mile road bike ride today. Depends on the bloody rain!
Sometimes I miss the beard. I still have one but just not that long. I got it and my hair so long once that someone told me I looked like Sasquatch when hiking in the forest LOL
Enjoyed a 20-mile rail trail ride yesterday evening. A 20-mile road ride Monday evening. I've been getting dizzy when standing up. I think I'm having some blood pressure issues. I need to lose about 20 pounds and maybe that will help me. I hate the idea of medication. :(
I didn't bike through a red light this week because I ain't got no red lights where I live! #thankgodimacountryboy
August has been up and down. Lot my dad unexpectedly. Turned 41. Celebrated a year of being married to my lovely wife. She had a birthday. Had a great vacation. House cat suddenly passed away. Ran my first half-marathon trail run. Lots of ups and a few downs.

Got in 32k of road biking yesterday. It felt like 40-C. I wiped sweat the whole time, but I had a good ride, nonetheless.
