A Change of Character is the first sign that control is shifting from buyers to sellers (or the other way round). There are 2 types 👇 1️⃣ Normal CHoCH Price fails to make a new high. Then it closes below the last higher low (the "lifeline"). The trend simply runs out of strength. 2️⃣ Aggressive CHoCH Price first breaks ABOVE the previous high. Breakout buyers rush in on FOMO. That new high was a liquidity grab. Big players sell into those buyers. Price slams back below the last higher low. Now every late buyer is trapped. 🪤 Their stop losses become fresh sell orders, and that pushes price down even faster. That's why the aggressive CHoCH often carries more force than the normal one. ⚠️ Before you act on it: ✅ Wait for a candle CLOSE below the lifeline, not just a wick ✅ Check volume.
