Hi all! Etsy has suspended our store; we've filed an appeal but it may take a few weeks. In the meantime, we are working on completing orders, and can still be found on Storenvy; we would absolutely love for you to support us in this time. dangerousladies.storenvy.com
Why were we suspended? Copyright claims! We work hard for our high ratings, but agents operating on behalf of certain companies occasionally send takedowns, and then do not reply to us when we try to work it out with them. It's complicated, but we'll sort it out.
Obviously not all of our 3D print files are available on our Storenvy; if you'd like any of our 3D print files, feel free to email us at [email protected] and we can set up an invoice.
We depend on Etsy very heavily for our income, and we're a very month-to-month, low-profit business after we pay the bills and our team. We may not be able to continue operations on this level without Etsy.
As a result, orders right now are really important –– if there's anything you've had in mind, please shop through our Storenvy or give us an email, we'd be more than happy to help.
And while we hoped to announce this under more pleasant circumstances, we DO have our own website and Shopify in progress, which will also allow instant file downloads. We're working very hard to get that launched immediately and will let you in soon. dangerousladies.ca

@dangerousladies Is their copyright claim valid though? If it is, can't they also shut down sales of those files on those other platforms? If it's fan art & replicates someone's IP, they're allowed to determine its use. If it's your original design OTH, look into a CCB claim
