Beware of guard dogs The danger guard dog:

Meet Basil, the garden center’s unofficial supervisor. Basil had wandered into the garden supply store one rainy afternoon and never left. With his plush tabby coat and a knack for napping in the most unexpected places, he quickly became a beloved fixture among customers and staff. One sunny morning, Basil discovered the perfect resting spot a long plastic planter tray. Positioned among bags of compost and flower seeds, the tray was snug, warm, and just the right size for a cat of his…generous proportions. Basil climbed in, stretched luxuriously, and promptly fell into a blissful sleep, his belly on full display. Shoppers passing by couldn’t resist snapping pictures. “Look at him!” they’d exclaim. “Is he for sale with the garden supplies?” But Basil wasn’t just a decoration. He had a job to do or so he believed. Each day, he’d inspect deliveries by sitting on the freshest soil bags and test the comfort of new gardening tools by curling up on them. Employees swore their sales increased because of Basil’s calming presence. “People come in for plants and leave with pots, mulch, and a dozen photos of Basil.” As seasons passed, Basil became a local celebrity. He was featured in a gardening magazine under the title "The Cat Who Grew a Community." Shoppers came from miles away, not just for plants, but to see the laid-back tabby who turned a simple garden center into the coziest place in town.

he best way to predict a great week is to create it beginning this Monday.

A school gardener is having the time of his life, spraying kids with a water hose, making them laugh, squeals of surprise, and pure summertime chaos. Everyone's drenched, everyone's smiling, and for a few carefree moments, nothing matters more than joy, play, and letting loose

I'm letting in the duck…

This woman waves to her horse from a distance, & he joyfully gallops toward her. Love is the most beautiful connection of all.

When little man says he caught a monster and dad had to check!

Perhaps the cutest thing I've ever seen in Western North Carolina... A little baby bear running across the street to her momma gets the SWEETEST hug. Absolutely heart melting stuff!!! ❤️

Beautiful morning dear friends 🩷🌟🍃🩷🌟🍃🩷🌟🍃🩷🌟🍃🩷

A woman from Thurso decides to have a face lift for her 50th birthday. She spends $15,000 and looks sensational. On her way home, she stops at a service station to buy a coffee . Before leaving, she says to the server , ‘I hope you don’t mind my asking, but how old do you think I am?”. ‘About 32,’ is the reply.’ ‘Nope! I’m exactly 50,’ the woman says happily. A little while later she goes into McDonald’s in Inverness and asks the counter girl the very same question. The girl replies, ‘I’d guess about 29.’ The woman replies with a big smile, ‘Nope, I’m 50.’ Now she’s feeling really good about herself. She stops at a sweet shop on her way down the street. She goes up to the counter to get some mints and toffee's then asks the assistant the same burning question. The clerk responds, ‘Oh, I’d say 30.’ Again she proudly responds, ‘I’m 50, but thank you!’ While waiting for the bus to go home to Thurso she asks an old man waiting next to her the same question. He replies, ‘Lady, I’m 78 and my eyesight is going. Although, when I was young there was a sure-fire way to tell how old a woman was. It sounds very forward, but it requires you to let me put my hands under your bra Then, and only then I can tell you EXACTLY how old you are.’ They wait in silence on the empty street until her curiosity gets the better of her. She finally blurts out, ‘What the hell, go ahead.’ He slips both of his hands under her blouse and begins to feel around very slowly and carefully. He bounces and weighs each breast and he gently pinches each nipple. He pushes her breasts together and rubs them against each other. After a couple of minutes of this, she says, ‘Okay, okay.....How old am I?’ He completes one last squeeze of her breasts, removes his hands, and says, ‘Madam, you are 50.’ Stunned and amazed, the woman says, ‘That was incredible, how could you tell?’ ‘I was behind you at McDonalds’.

“EVERYONE. This man came into my yard a couple of hours ago and offered to cut my grass for a certain price. I didn’t have enough money today to afford that on top of everything else, and I told him to come back in a week. A few minutes ago, I heard a loud noise outside of my house. I opened the door and noticed that he was cutting my grass. I went running out to him and yelled for him to stop... he shook his head no. He told me that he saw my kids playing in the yard and was worried about snakes being in the grass and biting them because the grass was too tall. I again told him to stop because I couldn’t pay him. He said that he didn’t need to be paid, he had grandchildren, and that he hoped someone would look after them in the same way. I was brought to tears. I hugged him. We talked about different struggles we’ve had in life, and he told me that this is what the news doesn’t report. He told me the news doesn’t report the black neighbor helping out the white neighbor because it isn’t good for the network to make money. I told him that he has a good heart. I told him I wish more people on earth were like him. We hugged again. He is still outside cutting my grass, and it’s dark now. I am so grateful to have him as a new friend. His name is Johnny, and he lives in Taylors, South Carolina. He cut my grass for free tonight because he was worried about my children playing outside in the tall grass. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves” Credit: Helen Bell
