Ideally one is loved for the sake of it, no reason required. This "love language" stuff shouldn't be a priority or condition but rather something that ensues. Eg. Baby give and recieve love but know nothing about love languages

We are always taught how to talk to others but never taught how to talk to our own selves. It sounds stupid but learning how to talk to your own self can change your life especially if you have anxiety
