Hey @British_Airways after 6 days you’ve finally got my bag to LA but I’m told can’t guarantee it will be delivered to my hotel before I fly to Hawaii tomorrow. Can I collect it from LAX and claim the uber back from you?

Hey, @British_Airways you say your baggage teams are working hard to get people’s luggage to them, are they? Our bags haven’t moved at LHR for 36-hours. We’ve shared AirTag locations, how about someone get them on a flight to LA. You’ve ruined 2 days of our holiday already.

Hey @British_Airways is there any chance you can get my bags from yesterday on a flight to LA rather than then sitting at LHR Terminal 5. The AirTags show they haven’t moved in 24-hours. I’ve got nowt to wear and you’re taking the mick.
