3/3 If you book a flight with @united and is operated by @Lufthansa_USA (or viceversa) and have a delay, issue or something wrong with your flight - be ready for a display of useless options, excuses. They both will take zero accountability and you ended paying more. Avoid them.

2/ @Lufthansa_USA on the other hand has always been a shitty airline. Period. One has to appreciate the consistent poor customer service, the rude attitude and their useless options. They don’t even try, you know that and you know what you are getting into.

I really really thought @lufthansa was the worst airline in history re: customer until I called @Iberia to change my ticket - WOW!! Talk about a whole new level of horrible customer experience. Wild!
