@ODEONCinemas how do I speak to someone about a failed booking using Lloyds vouchers? Got an error on the final step now I can’t book the same seats or use the voucher codes? It’s for tomorrow

@AXS_UK your website is unbelievably bad. Like, not even close to fit for purpose. Had this 3 times when going to checkout. Guess what? I’ve ended up with no tickets now. Well played

@AmazonUK please make it a rule that sellers can’t use @RoyalMail they couldn’t be any worse at the one thing they were created to do if they tried. It’s laughable how consistently bad they are

How is @RoyalMail so bad at the one thing it's set up to do? I literally roll my eyes any time I see something is being sent via RM. It's Friday. A letter sent Tuesday with 24h tracking should be here by now. It's not

@eBay_UK Does eBay have a policy of taking the buyers word for a claim? Do they have no responsibility to detail what is wrong with a purchase that they claim is faulty? I’ve had an email but I cannot reply to it. It just feels like I’m being forced to accept a return on face value?

@AskeBay @eBay_UK I’ve just sold an item and now am clearly going to get scammed in the returns process. I have video evidence that refutes the buyers claims of a faulty item. How can I report them and stop this from ending up with me losing my money?

@BrightonHoveCC your online services are terrible. Seriously 3 logins to get my council tax bill? How about you cut some out and save us some money?

Looks like @HelloFreshUK is having an absolute mare. Is it even worth the discount codes if you're left without a box and no food for the week? Bet I get a generic response to this too...

@CallofDuty @ATVIAssist @InfinityWard can I have a refund for Xbox live gold that I had to buy just to play warzone? Without it all I got was the maintenance screen. The game is so bad it’s unplayable
