@King_Ikshvaku What did I just see? Even a local train doesn't stop, and this is a long distance train, plus an esteemed Vande Bharat where people pay a bigger amount to travel.

@TikonaTIL This message since a week. Customer care finally tells me that there is shortage of manpower. What are doing you doing with the annual payments ? Why not enough staff?

@TikonaTIL @vikramc_24 And do what? Stay on hold for unknown time then get disconnected? The helpline asks to connect on WhatsApp for 'faster' response, but looks like the entire tikona service centre has gone on a never ending vacation.

@Bala_Munde @TikonaTIL @KaharSweety When people say we have complaint, they are already exhausted themselves by using all platforms. Rather than directing them how to send a complaint, I would suggest to solving the issue asap.

@TikonaTIL Uninterrupted services? Since July 15, more than 2 weeks no internet. No response to any communication. Same autopilot message: engineer assigned, but to no avail! I pay yearly! Customer service says: less manpower! Is this really a good service?

@venom1s If you are highly skilled, you choose where to live. If not, you adapt. If adapting is your only option, then why not adapt in your own land rather than a foreign land and feel like a stranger all your life ?

@rushikesh_agre_ This is virar west, water has got inside the apartment since morning. No government official showed up for help. Could you check if the municipality could help evacuate the water sooner?

@NalinisKitchen Why make noise? To become the next 'influencer'? At what cost? Mumbai is already ruined, save the Himalayas. 💛

@EmiratesSupport @Nadiiiiiiiir Why don't you give the clients an option to rebook online too? I find it impractical if you are going to attend each passenger on call to rebook when you are receiving high volumes of calls!
