Has anyone else noticed the downward change in @SkyUK customer service, what should be a simple answer and resolve has now snowballed into a complaint to the ICO & MPAS. I will be moving away from Sky as soon as my contracts expire, luckily I don’t need sky to tell me when!

I recently returned an item to an @BootsUK store, as I bought the item online using an egift card, the store took the item back and told me I would get the refund via a new gift card that would be sent to me, no card has been sent and I'm not sure what to do next

What’s the best way to get my @OctopusEnergy smart meter fixed, my HAN / comms hub is playing up and not communicating with my mini, IHD and gas meter, which means I can’t get the benefit of my gas tracker tariff, all have worked fine for 9 years, elect ok but no gas.

So this morning, Karen Ann comes in from leaving for work and tells me the car is broken and the handbrake won't disengage, after waiting 90 mins, @TheAA_UK technician turns up, gets it working and tells me it was a sweet stuck in the mechanism! The suspect is still undetermined!
