Hi @TSB , based on what he described to a few moments ago, my son has just had what sounds like a rather appalling customer service issue with a lady called Nadine, in your Edinburgh branch. How is he best to make a formal complaint about her behaviour towards him?

#bbcyouandyours @BBCRadio4 What does this woman mean when she says the RTS service will be "switched off in certain areas"? It's provided but TWO (BBC Radio 4) transmitters only... !!!! It's sounds like she's speaking nonsense!

@MidHelp The new lights which must've come into operation today or yesterday? They seem to have made traffic flow from the A702 onto the bypass much much worse than usual and I think the programming will urgently need reviewing. Traffic back to E. Howgate and moving much slower now.

@AskNationwide I absolutely hate the new banking app update 🥲. Can you please change it back? You changed something that wasn’t broken and it’s now difficult to deduce transactions

Hi, @AskNationwide can you please let me know if your awful new app is going to have it's user interface returned to something akin to what it was before the downgrade to the most recent version any time soon? If not, I'm actually going to switch my account elsewhere.

@AskNationwide please can we have the old app back? The new one is rubbish! I don't want a big screen displaying my balances as soon as I log on! The old app was fine!

@AskNationwide dear god, what have you done to the banking app??? It is horrible. It's meant to be a BANKING app, looks designed for a child. Big chunky coloured spots. All savings accounts now just one long list.

It's beggars belief that so many people with brains the size of peas are able to get jobs. A team of people at @AskNationwide sat around a table and got to design the new app and although it was a pile of crap, everyone around that table gave each other a thumbs up. Dear me.

Hi @Tesco, I know other retailers are also doing this, but why do your product developers think this is a good idea? Has the person who approved this actually tried it themselves? There must be a better solution. Or am I doing it incorrectly?
