@ericlim1975 @pzhong2016 @finnakerstrom @James_Elliott01 @enes_elvin @riley_guntrip @chris_monkhouse Great result 💪🏽. Would have gone with LOT CRT as well. In addition, would have considered a @BIOTRONIK_US DX ICD lead (if no real atrial pacing need) and thereby could still keep it to 3 leads (DX DF1 ICD lead, LBBaP lead, CS lead) and be able to achieve what’s done here. 👍🏽

VDD single chamber ICD with atrial sensing is the way to go when implanting single chamber ICDs. The data is very convincing especially as we become more aggressive about treating AHREs, in addition to the data showing increased complication rates with a lead implants.
